In 1998, Laurent Tarridec took over this harbour front restaurant that had long been one of the Cote d'Azur’s centres of gastronomic excellence. A locally built boat known as a pointu bearing the restaurant's name leaves every morning in quest of fresh fish, the mainstay of this extraordinary chef's cooking - cooking that is authentic and full of character. Be sure to try his bourride (a variety of bouillabaisse with the addition of aïoli and egg yolk), mashed chestnut and crayfish pancake, and especially his John Dory cooked in fig leaves, and barbecued lamb with beans. Masterpieces, all of them, that make you forget the sea and the bay right at your feet, and that's saying something!
